"A very quaint and historic inn. This was my second stay at the Inns and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Our room was beautiful however, the bathroom needs a little work. Some new caulking and a little elbow grease in the bathtub would help."

"After a long day of travel, we decided the same day to book a stay in Annapolis as a middle point in our road trip. The hotel was so beautiful from the outside and just as lovely inside. I complimented both of the main desk staff members at check in and check out, it was notable how friendly and accommodating they were! My 6 year old said to me “this place has really great vibes”. 😂 if you’re looking for a conveniently located hotel in Annapolis with a nice harbor view and warm coastal energy, this is your place! "

"This place exceeded every expectation, truly a 10 out of 5 star home! We couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay.First, Shari was an exceptional host. We had an issue with communication at the start because my email wasn’t working, but she did everything she could to get in touch and make sure we had all the information we needed. She also made sure we had a great stay and gave us wonderful suggestions for our time in Annapolis. She even left snacks and coffee for us to enjoy during our stay, which was such a thoughtful touch.The house was both immaculate and beautifully decorated. There wasn’t a speck of dust, the linens and towels looked new, the beds were super comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. There were thoughtful details throughout the house that were both classy and made the stay feel perfect.The location couldn’t have been better; close to restaurants and nightlife. Having parking at the house was a huge plus, as Annapolis was extremely busy and parking would have been very hard to find. I can’t say enough great things about this place or the host. I’d book again in a heartbeat!"

"Love this property and this is the second time I have stayed here. You can't get closer to gate 1 of the Naval Academy, and a short walk to downtown. The place smells wonderful when you enter, very clean and fresh. Great bed, linens and towels. The courtyard in the back is a great place to relax and have morning coffee or evening glass of wine. The parking spot is an added bonus and rare for a downtown location. I highly recommend!"
