"We loved the privacy. That is what you’re paying for here. You are completely away from the world in this little tropical dream. The pool was amazing. We also liked snorkeling at blue cave and didn’t mind that it seems to be used for tour guides. I felt better being in the ocean with a few people around. Then back to the solitude of our house. "I absolutely loved my stay at the Beach Hotel Sunshine Ishigakijima in Ishigaki. The rooms were spacious and beautiful, the onsen felt private, clean and relaxing and we loved lying by the pool with hotel-provided towels. Best of all, the restaurant staff went out of their way to help me eat gluten-free safely. As someone with celiac disease, this is a rare and very appreciated service. I am so grateful to them for making our family vacation the trip of a lifetime. Thank you Sunshine Beach!"
