From the moment that we arrived we were treated with the utmost care. We stayed for 4 nights and I really do not think there is one flaw I could mention. It was a smooth and seamless stay for the entire time . Incredible property, no wonder so many people throw lavish weddings and engagements here every weekend ! Right by the Bosporous, so views from breakfast were amazing.... Btw the breakfasts are my most important category, and they excelled ...

The staff were exceptionally courteous and went out of their way to help, accommodate, and ensure we felt comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful, and the front desk team was outstanding. The airport transfer was smooth, but allow extra time due to traffic. Keep in mind that it’s an older area, so don’t expect modern finishes, instead, embrace it as part of the experience and enjoy. I would definitely return.

1. 2 mins away from tram station and aya sofia, topkapi, egytpian pole square, a line of restaurants, and 10 mins away from the grand bazaar
2. rooms are well kept by house cleaning, no intrusion and lots of privacy
3. terrace for breakfast is delightful because of the incredible view! and good good food, scrambled eggs perfect
4. staff speaks good english so communication is easy
5. staff is great with information on sightseeing

Gorgeous rooms and view, very clean, comfortable. Spa and pool area was amazing, worth spending a little extra to stay here if you are coming to this neighborhood. We also loved the rooftop bar, such great staff and service there! Incredible hotel, if I need to come to the same neighborhood of Istanbul I will stay here again.

This is small hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. They made a very nice breakfast and omelet for me. I have stayed here before. All the ancient historical sites are in walking distance. If you have difficulty walking, this hotel has some very narrow stairs, ask for ground floor room.
