I was extremely happy with my stay at the Bali Rani, the staff were extremely friendly & always happy to help in any which way. My room was always cleaned early in the morning with fresh linen daily. The staff at the main lobby were so helpful with bookings ^ any issues with my phone. This is a very family orientated hotel & i will definetly be returning here again. Beautiful, Bali style property. Staff were so happy and helpful. Pool area and gardens lovely. The bathrooms could do with a good scrub and softer bed and pillows, would be great ( but some people love a hard bed) Very popular with Australian tourists.
