"The washroom waterproof mat is stained , shower head is not function that I had to kneel down for shower, cannot find the room’s lights switch is and the humidity at corridors is too high because of the machine is too small to functioning. Frankly, this is my first time to live in this hotel and I am very disappointed to it☹️ "
"Disappointing pool hours (9-9). Had hoped to swim first thing before a flight but sadly not to be.
Breakfast was fine. Bar was fine. Overall fine and functional as a hotel, nothing to get too excited about but it did what we needed for a night. Transfer bus to airport was good. "

"I had an early flight and staying at the airport Regal saved lots of time and stress. The location is only minutes walk from the airport. The access to A21 bus to Tsumshatsui was a bonus. This is my choice of hotel especially when the departure flight is in the morning! Highly recommended!!"
"Stayed 7 days. Little odd how some floors are a Mariott but top floors are Sheraton with two check in lobbies. But other than that rooms very clean and nice. Staff attentive and friendly."
