"What i love the most in River View Hotel amenities is the hotel free shuttle ride to and from hotel to Tsuen Wan MTR station every 15mns. Also, we were allowed to check in earlier for free. Our view is awesome from the higher floor and family room facing the ocean water and pool. The front desk staff are very helpful and speak good English. All is good. We stayed 5 nights. "A wonderful hotel to stay in HongKong. Location is good, staffs are friendly. Breakfast was decent. Hotel has indoor skywalk to the closest mall. Room size is good, and room is clean."

"We stayed at the 2 bedroom family suite on August 5-7 with 2 kids and 3 adults. The room is very spacious, location is good since it’s in a mall (there’s a grocery store at the lower level and lots of food options, Starbucks and 7-11 too). It’s a bit of a walk to the nearest MTR station especially with kids but they do offer free shuttle service to and from Tsim Sha Tsui and Mongkok. Buffet breakfast at their resto can be better. Nelson at the concierge was fantastic! We also got a complimentary fruit platter as welcome from Asst. Mgr. Eric Lam. Overall, it was a great stay!"

"Great central location. The hotel was nice and clean. The room we stayed in were great and the hotel staff were very helpful and welcoming. Their breakfast and brunch was also pretty good. Highly recommend!"
