"建物がエレベーターがないので、キャリーケースは持って上がる必要があります。 またタオルは生乾きのままベッドに置いてありました。ベッド2つあるのですが、手前のベッドは真ん中が軋み、今にも壊れそうな感じでした。 掃除もちゃんとされていないのか、ソファーの下にはゴミがたくさんありましたし、トイレ内に蜘蛛の巣が張られてました。 洗濯洗剤や消臭スプレーなど置いてあるにも関わらず、中身は空のままで使うことは出来ません。 こんなに設備が整っていないのに、分別されて無かったら罰金制度があったりします。 ゴミ箱が1個しか無いのにどうやって分別しろと？ ちなみに冷蔵庫は強にしないと冷えません。 冷凍庫は霜がたくさんありすぎて閉まりませんし、もちろん冷凍されません。 ここを使うくらいならネットカフェの方がいいと切実に感じました。"

"Generally a good experience! We got the feeling of a genuine japanese apartment. For a longer stay I might have been put off by the fact that there is no real food/dinner place to sit and eat. There is a low living room table with couches on both sides in the middle of the living room which is also in the middle of the apartment- you often need to pass this area. But it is ok for family breakfast. The overall cleaning of floor, bedroom, kitchen, toilette and shower was good, but someone might...

"Nice little place to stay but very noisy because the train tracks are right there. Kitchen fan looked not to be cleaned in a long time. Bathroom door handle was broken. Local McDonald’s was the worst I have had in Japan. "
