"The room was in a great location. Close to Tokyo Station and within walking distance to Ginza. The staff were easy to talk to and the amenities bar was a nice touch. The room was very clean and spacious enough for 3 people. The air conditioning was strong!"

"The staffs were very nice and the guest room was clean. The only downside was that the room was small including the bathroom."

"Not sure who messed up but Expedia booked us in a smoking room. Local staff changed us to a different room that was smaller and the AC did not work. Our last night in Japan was plagued by heat and terrible ventilation. Toilet did not flush properly as well. I did appreciate how easily we could store our luggage before and after check in/out times."
