"The hotel is pretty old and run down. The room was nice but old fashioned. The furniture was chipped etc. Needs a good refresh. The staff was great. The restaurant just ok. Closes pretty early. Definitely not a 4-star hotel. I was pretty disappointed."

"The room was clean and the lovely staffs were very friendly. I didn't get the breakfast so have no opinion about it. I think there something to improve: It would be helpful if they put an iron and the ironing board in the laundry room for guests to share. They provide the trouser presser, but this thing is not easy to use and take a lot of time. Plus, a microwave in some of the guest floor would be nice. Again, there's a microwave at the reception floor, but it makes me feel not comfortable when I need to reheat meals bought from depachika. And if I did, there were smell!"
