"Perfect location next to Odori Park and the tv tower! Staff was friendly, check in/out was pretty easy. They provided pillows and a blanket for our kiddo who slept on the window seat bed. The room was the smallest of the four we stayed in during our trip to Japan, but it was manageable. The associated parking structure is very close, although it can be tricky to get in during certain times of the day because the line for the mall parking structure overlaps and you can get stuck in the line that goes around the corner. Overall, it’s a very nice hotel and we’d choose it again. "

"Pros: - Short walk from JR Sapporo station, and its attached shopping/dinning complex. - Hokkaido's famous confection shop "Rikkatei" is just across the street. - Great breakfast. The buffet option (restaurant at 1st floor) includes infinite icecream. - Very helpful staff who helped us make a reservaton for a local restaurant (we were unable to do it ourselves as it required a Japanese phone number) - Relatively clean and comfy Cons: - The 2 blue cushions on the bed had an odd smell."

"Booked the twin bed hotel rooms. The rooms are quite small (as expected for a city hotel) but they are very clean with a practical layout. They provided two kinds of pillows, buckwheat and down, as well as nightwear. The rooms were cheaper if you opt for no housekeeping during the stay, but they delivered fresh towels, daily. Having an onsen is a real bonus. As the room is small, there’s no space to layout your suitcase so I would recommend minimal shopping and hand carry luggage sizes only. With a 5-10 min walk, the dining options were fantastic. The major shopping street is about 15 min walk away. The Toho subway exit is at the hotel front door. Excellent location. Would definitely book here again. "

"Clean, new hotel with in-room washing machine and microwave. Location is great - between two major shopping districts, Odori and Susukino. Easy to find food and convenient stores nearby. A couple downsides are the hotel is at a relatively secluded street, and the room is a bit small. Overall a great stay!"
