"The best part for us was being able to go to the onsen with no trouble despite having Tattoos. My son was very happy that we could do that. The room is standard and the breakfast ceased nice but not the best for kids. Overall staff were very nice and friendly."

"We loved the onsens on the balcony, however there isnt much for food around the property and you have to prepay for the food at the property which we did not know. Overall its an amazing property and I will stay there next time I am there for work."

"The owner had forgotten our booking!! He called a neighbourg with poor facilities to welcome me and my family and we accepted because no choice. I saw also in the hall that prices in Japanese for Japanese customers wre nearly half of waht I paid with expedia and included dinner. I do not recommend anyone to stay there."
