"Great hotel. Great location. Food was phenomenal; best we had during our two week vacation in Japan. In addition, staff spoke English very well which was such a pleasant surprise. The only negative is the TV's in room did not have an English option and the rooftop was closed a lot due to rain when it never rained."

"This hotel is in an excellent location for transit, restaurants, and shopping. No need to bring bathing items for the onsen. Consider a street view room as the interior room views are adjacent to another building with limited sunlight."

"Clean room and clean building. If you want to use the private Onsen, the best time is right after check-in, after dinner, and in the early morning. One thing to note is that the dinner meal and breakfast buffet are an additional fee. Overall, great stay, we would book again in the future for a relaxing night."
