Short walk from train station. Right in Gion district. Lots of restaurants minutes away. A temple within walking distance. Great amenities in bathroom. Biggest room we stayed in while in Japan. Next time in Kyoto definitely staying here again.

Nice hotel with good WiFi and free coffee. The rooms are small/cramped, but I think that’s just what you tend to get in Kyoto from what I’ve heard. The location is hard to beat, there’s probably 100 restaurants (not an exaggeration) within a 5 minute walk and the train stations are an easy walk.

This hotel is more than you would expect. Everything is as described, the staffs are very friendly and accomodating. The room is very clean and smells nice. All the essentiala you need are also provided. The bus stop to all the popular tourist spots is less than 5 mins away. You are getting more than what you paid for!

Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Was very impressed with their English fluency. Rl entire hotel was spotlessly clean at all times! Rooms are very comfortable with a small desk. Rack to hang your clothes, and an area with a kettle, safe, and cups and glasses. Brink your own tea. Coffee available in the lobby by espresso machine. Small lounge area by the front desk. Building secured at night. Most important is the location…. The best in Gion area. Unfortunately not able to load photos here☹️

The staff were excellent, the room was clean and comfortable, the free Nespresso in the lobby was nice. My only complaint is about noise: One morning I was awakened by an alarm in an adjacent room and our first-floor room was adjacent to an internal-combustion-engined mororcycle's parking spot.

Excelente ubicacion y servicio. No hacen el cuarto diario pero cambian toallas todos los dias. El cuarto con literas es buen tamaño en comparacion del tamaño de cuartos en Kyoto.
