Absolutely exquisite hotel, just adjacent to the train station. Beautiful lobby, very spacious rooms (we had an extra large bed), comfy sofa and chair. (The Keurig coffee capsules are adequate but as good as Nespresso.) The concierge staff provided terrific assistance in finding a really good medical clinic and making an appointment.

the thousand was perfection! wonderful accommodations. beautiful hotel. great location. attentive staff. i wish there was body lotion in the rooms but that was a minor thing. we had the traditional japanese breakfast and felt like we were treated like VIPS. highly recommend!!

The room was great, spacious with good amenities and really quiet despite being next to Kyoto station. Hotel location is very centric and Kyoto station helps make it easy to move around. Very close to Kyoto Station. We reserved four rooms and each was spotless with beautiful amenities. The indigo pajama was very comfortable I purchased a set at the front desk. The entire staff was attentive and helpful. Breathtaking lobby area.
