"It’s a 3 star hotel catering to many tourists and families. Stayed in a superior king room which was fairly decently sized. The onsen makes up for some short coming in the cleanliness. Many families and children stay here which wasn’t my jam."

During this trip, I was able to spend more time exploring Solaria Plaza and the surrounding shops and was struck by how conveniently located it is. Room is comparatively spacious as compared to traditional Japanese hotel. A walkable distance to the Hakata Train Station and they do offer free parking !"

"The room was nice and bigger than I had thought . Kind of disappointed no bottle water in the room. We had a room on second floor and next to the elevator where I could hear people talking while waiting for elevator Also I need to complain about the bathroom. It smelt so bad and strong which made me sick !! I believed it was from the drainage. Hope they would notice and do something about it "

"Our stay was wonderful at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and we love how spacious the lobby and the rooms are. A lot of daily care items such as brushes, toothbrushes, and cotton swabs and tips were provided in the room and we enjoyed the pool almost daily."
