"Everyone working there was so nice. My daughter/her family were hanging out with me for a few hours before their flight left. My flight was the next morning. My daughter had such bad sciatica pain and was having extreme difficult walking. The lady who checked me in knew she wasn't staying with me but offered her a wheelchair to use for a couple hours to help improve our situation. Aww, it was sooo thoughtful and it helped so much. Thank you. The place was great. It was clean. The evening reception was very nice. I didn't get a chance to try the breakfast since my flight was at 6am. Ugh! But, I've had other Embassy Suites and they're all great, especially the omelet station."

From check in and helping us with a dual access room to be near our kids, every question to service staff was answered in a friendly way and nothing was too much trouble. Location great, rooms great, service great, you can’t ask for more than that for an L.A. visit. "
