"Ok, so...the property needs up-dating, a little wear and tear, the kitchen needs to be better equipped and the curtains don't quite fit. But, it was clean, comfortable enough, really secure, I mean, there are four locked doors, therefore four keys to enter apartment. The locality/neighbourhood is real Madrid, ie. not touristy. Metro is minutes away. Any staff you do meet are friendly and helpful and the Wi-Fi works."

"We had an excellent stay and everything exceeded our expectations! The property managers are very accommodating and easy to communicate with over WhatsApp. They let us keep our bags in the room before check-in and even allowed us to check in way earlier. The apartment is in a great location next to restaurants, grocery, and the Metro to go anywhere in Madrid. All spaces were very clean and the bathrooms were maintained daily. "The property was well designed but a bit run down — there had been water damage and the coffee table legs were broken. While the apartment was clean, it was infested with flies! To be fair, the management company offered to have it cleaned again, but that would have been an inconvenience as we had settled in and probably wouldn’t have solved the problem. They should have provided more than one towel per guest for a four night stay. "
