From the outside, looks like a gas station. Inside it’s awesome. Car memorabilia everywhere and so much fun. Rooms were super clean and easy to use. The staff was super attentive we got there late at night and the gentleman attending to the desk was so incredibly friendly and helpful. We stayed at this hotel in the heart of plaza mayor and it was perfecto choice for us (couple). The rooms are luxurious and had all modern amenities, the views of the plaza were amazing, we couldn’t get enough of it!! We chose this place to celebrate our wedding anniversary and it felt very nice because of the amenities of hotel, and access to so many options for food and shopping once you step outside. We loved this hotel. The staff was amazingly nice and cordial. We would definitely stay here again if given the chance. Close to many attractions and the convenience of the restaurant was top tier.

Hotel receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Good breakfast. Location of this hotel was superb. If you have car, you might need to find out location of the car parking before you check in.

The apartment had 2 bedrooms and one sofa bed in the living room. The apartment’s kitchen is well equipped with mini fridge, dishwasher, microwave, small cooktop, and sink. There are two TVs and the apartment feels cozy and modern. Elevator seems pretty modern too. The tapas restaurant downstairs is amazing!

Beautiful boutique hotel with excellent service. First time we had breakfast with the option to choose between a degustation or a simpler, faster menu. Hotel is essentially brand new.

We LOVED our stay. The balcony of our room opened to the Plaza Mayor. We enjoyed the sights at night of the beautifully illuminated buildings. There was a concert each night of our stay that we could enjoy just by opening our balcony doors. The sound was muffled if we wanted more quiet. The staff of El Mirador were VERY responsive to our questions and requests. There was a washing machine but no dryer. The staff provided a drying rack so we could hang our clothes to dry. Wow! This hotel is one of the best I have ever stayed in. I booked it on the last minute and I'm super glad I did. The location couldn't be better, is right in the most historic area of town, while at the same time preserving a private and quiet feeling.
