"Great place to stay for the weekend. But the home was not very clean. There were sticky dirty stains on the kitchen floor. The silverware and some pans in the drawer had food stains. The light switches were visibly dirty. The toilets were not cleaned properly. There was a spill of some sort with chunks of something in a downstairs bedroom that was not cleaned. "We came to visit our grandchildren and wanted a place for them to enjoy a pool. It was the perfect place. The outdoor area was beautiful, well taken care of, had hot tub, great dining area and fire pit. The pictures don’t do it justice. The guest house was so cozy. Jama , our host was so quick to respond and we felt like we had the whole place to ourselves! What a treat. we will be back! "

"This house was filthy & very poorly maintained. Grime on walls, dishes, floors and pool. We paid extra to have pool heated and clean, but when we arrived, it was cold and had days of debris in it. There was food on the deck, around the fire pit and sitting area. The palm tree lighting is hanging at toddler height that could easily become entangled around child’s neck. "My stay at Expansive Mountain Gem was overall pleasant, comfortable, and met my expectations. The biljard’s game room was an excellent addition to the property, as it entertained both kids and parents. However, it’s important to mention that the neighboring property was quite an eyesore. The adjacent terrain was cluttered with old cars, containers, and unused machinery, which detracted from the otherwise serene environment. "Nice quiet getaway place. The place was very clean. The location is in a beautiful neighborhood surrounded by beautiful landscaping. The interior decor was aesthetically pleasing. Me and my partner will be coming back to this place when we travel to LA. The bedding was very comfortable and relaxing. The jacuzzi hot tub provided that added comfort after a long day out.
