Beautiful B&B in the hills of Pasadena with a welcoming and friendly host. Easy access to old town Pasadena through Lyft/Uber. Excellent breakfasts and late night cocktails.

Only negative is on Expedia. could not find if parking was free or cost extra. It implied it was included. Luckily before I booked I read the reviews and could see from others they charge 25$ a night

Clean room, id dint like the fact that I had to pay $35 per night for parking.

Omg! Best place ever.

The facility was very interesting, the rooms were quite comfortable but the bed and the linens were to die for. I’ve never slept in a more comfortable bed outside of my own. I don’t know how they launder the linens but they softness and fresh clean scent of the sheets, pillowcases and even the bath towels was amazing.

This location was perfect. Close to restaurants that you could walk to. Close to shopping and the metro station. Everything was clean. Breakfast was decent. The room was clean and the hallways smelled good. The staff was friendly and helpful. Pool was clean but not heated

My room was a basic king on the 9th floor. It was so comfortable and cool during a heatwave. Although I couldn’t make it more than 20 degrees cooler than it was outside, it was fine. Bathroom and shower was pretty. Room service lady was very nice. Front desk was also very very nice. Cookies were awesome. Will happily stay here again.

Great stay

A very quiet, serene place. Our room was clean and bed comfortable and breakfast good and not the usual fried eggs and toast.

The location in Old Town Pasadena was convenient and beautiful.

With this price of a hotel if more expected have at least a parking included but overnight parking was 30$

Having a full kitchen is very convenient for us. The studio is big enough that we don't feel cramped.

don't care about eco-friendliness. and it was good stay. i had to wait a while to get the room because it was about the same cost as the hilton

Beautiful property, very quiet and was able to get good rest while enjoying the local attractions like Santa Anita Park and downtown Monrovia.
