"Overall, I had a good stay at The Delphi Hotel. The staff were friendly, the hotel was clean overall, and the location made it easy to get around Downtown LA. It was a comfortable place to stay during my trip.
That said, there were a few things that kept it from being a 5-star experience. My room had a few maintenance issues that I wasn't expecting for the price. There were noticeable marks in the toilet, one of the mirrors was damaged, and the bathroom light flickered during my stay. None of these were deal-breakers, but they made the room feel like it needed a bit more attention.
I was also surprised that indoor slippers weren't provided inside the room. Maybe I've been spoiled by hotels in Asia, but for what this hotel costs, I honestly expected them.
Lastly, the bed frame has a raised platform around the mattress. After spending all day walking, getting in and out of bed became more of a chore than expected. If you have bad knees or mobility issues, it's something worth keeping in mind.
Despite those complaints, I still enjoyed my stay. The staff were welcoming, and I had a pleasant overall experience."
