I had not slept in over 28 hours and decided I would go to the hotel at 9:30 in the morning. I explained what was going on, and Reginald was so accommodating and helpful. They let me check in 6 hours early with no additional charge! The room was very nice and clean and all the staff were so nice. Thank you again for what you did for me that day. "
