The room was clean like new. The air conditioner worked great. The shower was soothing with good hot water. The cafe food was excellent and the choices were many. The staff was excellent, especially Astrid at the front desk and Mayia in the restaurant and coffee shop.

Older property but very clean. Loved how quiet it was. We had an ocean view room. Loved sitting on the balcony watching the ships come by for the canal. Would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely beautiful! The property and the layout were just breathtaking. Staff was phenomenal! Most were able to speak enough English for you to ask or say what you needed. I would definitely recommend this place

Villa Caprichosa Hotel is stunning & very comfortable. It is located on the hill and has beautiful views of the ocean. We stayed at La Choza cottage - 2 bedrooms & 2 baths and outdoor shower. Diana, the owner, is very nice and welcoming. Juan Carlos, manager, was very helpful and arranged pick up/drop off to the ferry. The Vista restaurant on the property is fantastic as well. Perfect hotel for a couples weekend or family trip with older kids.

The only place I stay when visiting or passing thru the city..

I read some reviews before booking and I wasn't really sure about staying here. But we decided to book anyway because we didn't want to stay in the city we wanted a beach resort. And although the water recedes most of the day. It was a beautiful resort. Relaxing and calm. Organized and clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. Don't always go off bad reviews. Omar and Ricardo made a wonderful team to help us find all of the venues we wanted to visit. It's Lenny was a exceptionally good receptionist and the three of them made a great team to make our stay very comfortable and exciting. Sergio was very knowledgeable and passionate about the environment and all the little critters running around here and we thoroughly enjoyed his tour.

Plenty to do and see. Keep in mind this is a resort facility, so food is not a bargain. You are staying there to enjoy the Aerial Tram, Gatan Boat Tour, and various other activities. One of the most enjoyable parts of your experience will be the sounds of the rainforest from your room. Get a delivery river view room with a hammock. Room was well furnished with all the amenities including free WiFi , coffee and bottled water.

This is a nice hotel with a good view of Panama City, Panama, during the day and at night. Very large room. Modern decor. Clean. Continental self serve breakfast is OK. It does not have a beach.

Best hotel in Panama City. The concierge was exceptional. A very pleasant stay and the only place id consider staying ever again in Panama City.

The hotel was BEAUTIFUL and in such a great area (Casco Vieja). I love the fact that you could totally hang out at the hotel at the bar, spa, or at one of the many restaurants. The only suggestion that I would make is for the rooms with terraces, to chairs to the terrace. We loved going out on the terrace, but there was no seating. However, even with this suggestion, it would only bring my rating down to a 9.5.

Amarlanis a beautiful, spotless, boutique hotel. The staff is amazingly friendly and genuinely make you feel at home. My room was quite small, but complete with everything i needed. I would recommend it to a friend looking for a place to stay in Casco Viejo!
