"The location is perfect: at the top of the village. The pools are great, albeit on the small side. But the outdoor hot pool is amazing. The staff are very friendly and the service is excellent. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is the lack of clarity concerning parking. I was told to park down the hill (in P1). The friendly valet even gave me a Fairmont ticket to put on my dashboard, telling me parking would be free. So I parked for two nights only to end up paying $81 for it. I spoke to the manager and she explained that I had parked in the VIP section. I explained to her that this information would have been useful at the beginning, not after having paid $81. Had I known, I would have paid the $48/night for valet parking. She kindly waived a $28 pool drink tab, but it still left a bad taste in my mouth."

"Très bel hôtel dans le style scandinave. Magnifique vue sur le lac Ouimet. Grande suite avec grand balcon. Spacieux et confortable mais un rafraîchissement des suites et de certains espaces communs serait apprécié. Malgré tout, notre séjour fut excellent et nous reviendrons sans hésitation."

"This was one of our best family vacations mom and two teen girls. Lots to do to entertain everyone. The burger at the restaurant was delicious. Close to Tremblant and other activities if it’s raining. Great Lake and lots of kayaks and paddle boards. Friendly staff. Condo is clean and comfortable. My only suggestion would be more shade please. Some gazebos or umbrellas for the top floor condos would be nice. Also a broom to sweep up would be great."
