"There was nobody on reception when we arrived on reception at approximately 3:30 p.m. We then realised that we had to pick a telephone up on the reception desk that rang somebody. A grumpy lady then came to check us in. The restaurant staff were lovely and helpful and the gentleman we paid was very helpful. The hotel is old and needs freshening up. It looks dirty and run down on the landings"

Impossible de contacter du personnel pour avoir le code WiFi, il n'y avait personne dans l'hĂŽtel et pas de reponse Ă  mes appels, je n'ai donc pas eu internet du sĂ©jour car mauvaise rĂ©ception dans le secteur. Éclairage du miroir de la chambre impossible Ă  Ă©teindre, trĂšs dĂ©rangeant pour s'endormir de plus le matelas Ă©tait inconfortable et l'oreiller bien trop grand et Ă©pais pour ĂȘtre utilisĂ©. "
