WOW.. where do we begin!!!! Such an incredible resort with amazing, friendly and helpful staff. Well worth the extra money. Marolin and staff at the reception desk helped us make and change reservations for excursions, drove us on golf carts back and forth to our room and made us feel so warm and welcomed. We stayed here for 4 nights. It was very nice and comfortable with a beautiful view of the volcano when the clouds weren’t low. It was close to many things we did in the area. This resort far exceeded my expectations. Even though it was low season, and the resort appeared to be almost empty of guests, it felt fully staffed and the service was excellent in every respect. The staff are friendly and helpful and speak English very well, which helps those without strong Spanish. The grounds are beautiful! The little hiking trail is fun and the multiple hot tubs with some privacy were a nice place to relax. They even serve food and drinks at the pool! We went to celebrate our 30th anniversary and we had an incredibly good time. The service at the restaurant was very nice and the cleaning service was perfect (Selena was very helpful, great job). We recommend this wonderful place.

Spacious rooms, beautiful views from our balcony, lush grounds around pools, started each day with a delicious breakfast buffet.

Nice hotel. Little away from the town. Spacious rooms, comfortable large beds. Waterfall shower was awesome. Great breakfast buffet had mix of local and western variety.

Everything was great! An important thing to remember is that you are in Costa Rica..... Not in a Hilton, so not everything is perfect..... The staff was friendly and welcoming. The food was very good. The bugalow-style rooms are seperate from each other so it mades it a quiet stay. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to La Fortuna and am looking forward to go back!

The grounds at the hotel are amazing. The tropical gardens that surround the guest rooms, paths, and pool make for a very relaxing stay. The rooms are spaced well apart and have a lot if privacy from the covered verandas. The views are incredible. The location is perfect for exploring and taking advantage of the many activities in the area.
