"This property has amazing views and an excellent host. The descriptions online of the property are very accurate. Dee was very responsive to every inquiry I had regarding the property. The check in / check out process was very simple. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to St. Croix, if this property is available. Again, I can't say enough great things about Dee and her communication and hospitality."

"2nd time to stay here in last 6 months. Rooms are clean, A/C and ceiling fans keep room cool. The bed is comfortable. It’s an older hotel that they are trying to update. Would/will stay there again. Also, for St Croix, the price is reasonable. Did not eat at restaurant so I can’t comment on that."

The Buccaneer Beach & Golf Resort

"We enjoyed all the access the Buccaneer had to offer. The beaches are beautiful. The one thing I would do differently is rent a car. Also, I wish the property had access to rent a golf cart if you weren’t golfing. The expense of some of the food was something to plan for or to purchase a meal plan for the next trip. It was a great vacation, overall."

Hotel on the Cay

"We stayed eight nights and it was okay. I was shocked by the fact that guests have to pay twenty dollars a day to use an umbrella on the beach, and you only get one free lounger, your travel partner will have to pony up 15 bucks. No coffee maker in any of the rooms. Our sliding glass door to the balcony was broken, and we only had WiFi in our room for about 5 minutes the entire time. The pictures are very inaccurate, the place is in shambles from hurricane damage and it’s a bit depressing when you’re trying to enjoy a vacation. I read that there was construction/renovation happening, but I wasn’t expecting such disarray. On the plus side, it was fun taking the ferry into town and checking out the shops and restaurants. The staff is great and Joan at the front desk was very kind and helpful."

"Absolutely gorgeous boutique hotel, the rooms were beautifully decorated, this hotel is mostly for couples, if you are planning to go with friends I advise you to make sure there are double bed rooms available (this was my mistake, not theirs), the owners are amazing, very approachable and quick to respond, EXCELLENT customer service."

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the amenities exceeded my expectations. The overall atmosphere made for a relaxing and enjoyable experience.
