"We had a great stay! I always stay here when I'm in or near Redwood City.. The staff is always really nice! Its pretty clean and tgey each have a balcony or patio.. Although there was some kindda glitch and booked me multiple rooms.. very strange! "

Upgrades they need in the room I was in the shower surround needs to be replaced. The bed was too soft, the bottom fitted sheet is the wrong size for the mattress. It does not stay, smooth and sleek. I didn’t appreciate the nightly rate and felt it was exorbitant. I do understand it was graduation week. I would like to know if the rate would have been different had I booked directly with the hotel. The person who made my reservation used hotels.com. "
