"Excellent experience here. I wish we’d stayed longer. Ed was awesome: very helpful and cheerful. Extremely clean, safe, great underground parking, super friendly staff. Breakfast was delicious too. The only negative was the towels are a bit old, scratchy, and dingy. But they were clean and that’s all really matters! I highly recommend this hotel."

"We attended a concert at the Mountain Winery in Saratoga,CA and decided to spend the night nearby at the Best Western in Los Gatos and were pleasantly surprised to find a clean and well run hotel. Well designed room on first floor, nice shower and 2double beds. Best of all was the included breakfast with a large variety of options including fresh eggs, bacon granola and fresh fruit. Happy to have found it!"
