"Absolutely fantastic stay at the Pantai Inn. Beautiful property with fantastic rooms (and a fine place to invite friends back to for a glass of wine). Having the ocean just across the road, with the park between, was glorious, making for very peaceful mornings each day. The owners and staff were fantastic, welcoming and kind. I will stay here again anytime I'm back in La Jolla."

"2 flaws: 1). no heated pool and the staff were unaware and it was not fixed in time. The heated pool was one reason why i booked here. 2). Despite being upgraded (ty! btw) the floors were so creaky and i felt bad for the folks down stairs. Outside of that, I would recommend staying here for all the benefits this hotel has to offer! Felt like a resort and i most especially loved the bathroom! it felt like my personal spa"
