"Dingy facility with dirty rooms and was overpriced in a far-flung suburb of Rome. It was like home for the displaced! Worse, on arrival at 9.30pm, the Manager/Owner slammed €50 penalty on me for late arrival, claiming it was a condition for his facility, and insisted on collecting the money before could check in or I forfeit my 2-day non refundable!
