"Great location, bar overlooking the beach. Limited food after 11. Overnight food service run by a one man show. Not fair for him and greedy locals. Lost power overnight, yes no A/C, yet sister resort did not loose power. Staff is welcoming and friendly. Thier entertainment crew is amazing "

"This resort was very nice , the rooms are very spacious the A/C is the best . The food was great . Staff members were very friendly. We want to personally thank Maria and Estefani they were always very attentive and made our stay and my Dads birthday a special one . Ernesto from the tours was great we had a wonderful experience at paradise island it’s a must do. Specially on a Saturday when it was very busy . Hendry was very friendly and welcoming . Some evenings we had dinner outside in front of the pool and that was very nice and beautiful . The vibe was very romantic and nice. The beach is very close and a beautiful walk , The place is super nice and clean . Compared to other resorts we been this one is small and everything is close by. Gym staff Adonis were also great and very motivating . We had a wonderful time. And we will definetly be back . "

"We had a great stay here. We stayed 1 night, and were impressed with the service as well as the cleanliness and calmness of the room. It's definitely worth upgrading to the select side. You have extra pools that are quiet, a separate area in the buffet restaurant to eat, as well as the use of a coffee shop. The food was decent. We stayed in September and only 1 a la carte restaurant (the Mexican) was open but it was very good. The beach is beautiful and the sea is calm, you don't feel like you're in the middle of sosua. Wifi in every area also. We didn't know that you have to check out of your room at 12noon but you actually have until 3pm to use the facilities. We would definitely come back."
