There is a pool, and a large shuffle board area which I did not take advantage of. Overall I was very pleased. The complex it self is older, but the condo has been updated. "

"The views are AMAZING. I loved our stay, the only thing I would say is the AC is really loud turning on often, the first night was hard to get used to. I kept waking up. Our neighbor was a smoker, when I would go out on the porch to enjoy the view, it smelled like cigarettes and the ash tray she had out there. I’m not a smoker so that did bother me. Otherwise everything else was great, bed was comfortable, couch bed is a little hard but ok. There was a half of a toilet paper roll, so good thing...

"The "So Fresh" deodorizing gadgets in both bathrooms are nauseating and so strong that they permeated through a ziploc bag I placed them in, even in the cabinet and needed to be put outside away from the exterior door to stop it from drifting inside. They smell like deodorizers that make toilet water blue times ten. Very unpleasant, headache inducing. Otherwise the place was great. I'll ask that they be removed prior to arrival in future."

"Went to havasu for the 4th with friends and my daughter. The house is perfect upon arrival and they even left us cookies! Which my daughter enjoyed. The pool is amazing at all times of the day and the outdoor barbecue area is perfect for outdoor dinner! Everything was absolutely perfect, we will definitely be rebooking!!"
