There were three wonderful staff members who took such good care of us, Antonio, Humberto, and Anna — professional, kind, and genuinely attentive. But in my heart, there's a special place for Antonio. He is such an incredible human being. The kind of person whose kindness is real — not something put on for tips or approval. He wasn’t trying to impress anyone. He was just himself, and that was more than enough.Honestly, none of the staff ever made us feel like we were just guests they had to serve. They treated us with warmth, and we did our best to give that back. If you’re planning to stay here, remember something important: these are hard-working human beings. They deserve respect, not to be looked down on or treated like you’re above them. If you really want to enjoy your stay, make them feel good, too.
