"Once at the property our stay was good. Being immediately near the train station was very convenient but felt a bit unsafe on the street. Walked 2 blocks and felt safer, so the convenience outweighed the unease"

"One night stay to see Hadrian’s Villa. Room sme and fine for lead in price. Missed not having a fridge, safe or a chair but pool was lovely and on site restaurant popular and classy. Property spread out and nice “Hadrian” touch with fountain and colonnade . The pool & restaurant great after 3 hrs tracking ruins. Villa d’Este nearby too. Breakfast fine too. "

"Prime location, but it's not really a hotel, rather a apartment suite converted to individual rooms with shared common corridor. Some washrooms are separate from the actual bedroom by the corridor, but ours is in suite, probably the original master bedroom. There is no front desk or staff, thus the room service is rather limited. They didn't really clean our room during our stay, just changed towels and refolded our sheet. For example the garbage bin isn't emptied. Overall not a bad budget...

"Simple hotel with no ammenities near main train station in Rome. Hotel doesn't reach out to you for check in instructions, so it's up to you to do it. Thank you to other reviewers, we knew it's actually Hotel Enrica (not Hotel Serendipity) that we look for on maps. Luckily they let us check in same day, and LOVE the early check in. Super convenient when traveling from one city to another and you have bags and are tired. Walls are thin and locals who live in building are quite loud at all hours...

"Tien was a lovely host and gave us a great basic guide to the city upon arrival. All the staff we met were hospitable and helpful. The private room included two safes for storage of valuables, and ample place to store clothes and other stuff. The shared (w one other room) bathroom was very clean, though the hot water wasn't the most plentiful. We felt safe at all times, as there were three locked doors to pass from the street, and a no guest policy. We loved the location and access to...

"Super cute guest house hotel within walking distance to shops and very good restaurants (some open late). Stayed here for the night for an early flight from CIA. Great service and cute town. We enjoyed a late night stroll to a hip and good burger joint. Would stay here again for sure - and not just for a flight. "Hotel was appalling, dirty rooms with mould all across ceiling in room and in bathroom. No basic amenities in room or available at all (kettle, iron, hair dryer etc). Upon arrival I was given 2 small towels for the bathroom, after day 1, the towel I used was taken when they came to “clean”. On day 2 I asked for some more towels as I’d just used the 2nd one that morning to be told no and that I was already given 2. I explained that I was given 2 however 1 has already been taken and I have 3 more...

"We had a great stay at Sixtythree. We had booked last minute and Gaetano was very fast to communicate a flexible check in time with us. Alex greeted us on arrival and was very accommodating. The place is right across the road from the train station and many food places otherwise a short walk to the main town. Was really nice that the apartment was cleaned daily and we were given fresh towels and sheets after a couple days stay. Would recommend!"

"The property was very clean, breakfast was good, nicely decorated room, walkable distance from St. Giovanni's underground, bus stops and the Coloseum. The host was very friendly and knowledgeable about good spots to eat. The one thing that needed improvement for us was how noisy the room was at night. Italians love to honk their horn at any time of the day and the window of the Silvi room overlooks the main road. I'd highly recommend to bring some earplugs. Other than that, our stay was great."
