"Excellent location, close to many nice large and small restaurants, including several very good ethnic restaurants. Very close to the river, very close to the Roman baths and the Cathedral, with also a beautiful church right across the street. My room was tiny but adorable. Breakfast was limited but there were so many great places to eat nearby that I only stayed for breakfast one time. The room was clean but the cleaning staff was a little erratic. Overall I love the Indigo hotels."

"An excellent hotel for a weekend away. The staff are efficient, friendly, and communicative. The building and grounds are atmospheric and striking. The food is high quality, especially dinner in the main restaurant. Both bars are well run and the staff are flexible. "

"The staff were all very accommodating and friendly. The room was clean and the staff came back at a time requested for our room to be serviced. The evening meal was lovely and the cocktails made by the barman were excellent. We had 2 pets with us and the room had 2 pet beds set up in our room on arrival which was lovely. "

"The hotel is beautiful. The service is delightful. The staff is great. Shout out to Chris the bartender. And it’s the only hotel in Bath with its own spa with waters from the local hot springs. I highly recommend it. "
