"The stay at this property was excellent. Right from the reception to room service to the restaurant service and the ambiance around was outstanding. A special word for the Reception Manager Mr Kuljeet - he was very helpful and ready to assist in every question you had. He made my stay very comfortable. Mr Namgayal the owner is a very pleasant person and a great host. The boy in the restaurant Mr Raj was also wonderful and made sure every request was attended to. "Everyone - owner Jigme, Operations manager Joel, receptionists, waiters and other staff - was very efficient, polite and helpful. They give personal attention to each guest and fulfil any reasonable demand beyond usual expectation. I have not come across such a staff anywhere in the world."
"The food was fantastic. Zagmo and the kitchen staff turned out excellent food. The India food was much better than any Indian Restaurant we know on Vancouver Island, and the kitchen staff was able to make excellent Western style breakfasts when we wanted them. All of the staff were great, from the front desk to the porters. Even if I were to stay in a less expensive hotel in Hunder, I would definitely come to this hotel just for the meals!"
