It was definitely the highlight of the stay. Unfortunately, the service didn't match the quality of the room. Staff came across as distracted and not particularly courteous. It often felt like guests were an afterthought. which took away from the overall experience. I also reached out to customer service after my stay and never received a response, which was disappointing and reinforced the lack of attentiveness. For the price I expected a higher level of hospitality. Honestly your money might be better spent on a VRBO or similar rental in the Garden District where you'll likely receive more attentive service and a better overall experience. "

"I had everything i needed while i was staying. Breakfast was good. I was still close to all shopping and certain food places. I was still able to get to New Orleans within 15 minutes for all my late night fun. I loved it. "
