"The worst experience ever. If we could give a minus of any number it would not even been enough. A message was sent to go in with a code on the door. THERE WAS NO ELAVATOR and going up the stairs with all of the suitcases for three floor specially for my husband that had low back surgery . There was one small small restroom that was not just the problem, there was no lock that works to close the door when you wanted to use the restroom /toilet.
