"A functional flat with basic amenities in a great location. Large rooms with old world charm, but very small toilet/shower area and only 1 bathroom for 3 bedrooms. The beds also weren't comfortable, and in general the flat needs updating. The flat is on the 3rd floor and there isn't a lift. Communication with property owner was good. "

The issue we encountered is that the property owner double booked the apartment. We were left the last two nights of our stay to move to another apartment location in Gamla Stan to make room for the new renters. The property owner was honest about the issue of double booking the stay and offered a refund of the two nights he double booked and offered another apartment to...
