"Have now been there for the last three years. Hotel has wonderful view over the beach and the Adriatic Sea. Also offers an excellent breakfast which comes with the room. Very modern rooms and welcoming staff and management we will be returning for our yearly Pesaro visit next year."

The location was ideal—just a short, scenic walk through the city to reach the beach, which made every day feel leisurely and relaxed. The apartment itself was spotless, thoughtfully designed, and the terrace was a lovely bonus for enjoying quiet mornings or evening breezes. The hosts were truly exceptional: always available, incredibly helpful, and attentive without being intrusive. They stocked the kitchen with breakfast essentials and snacks, and even included games for the kids—such a thoughtful touch that made a big difference. Just a heads-up for future guests: the street directly outside the apartment building is part of the ZTL (Zona a Traffico Limitato), meaning you’ll need a special permit to drive or park there. That said, you *can* bring your car to the nearby cross street next to the church to load or unload your luggage, which makes arrival and departure much easier. And for those traveling with a car, there are several free parking lots within walking distance—very convenient!It was a perfect home base for our family, and we’d happily return."
