"We hadden een ruim mooi compleet appartement met zicht op de ski pistes. Animatie activiteiten is alleen in het frans en voor ons dus niet begrijpelijk. Zwembad gaat pas om 10 open en is ca 21 graden. Wel mooi groot bad. Wellness is verder beperkt t.o.v. aantal gasten. Zelf handdoeken meenemen of extra huren. Pendelbus naar de gondel iedere 10 minuten is ideaal (2 minuutjes lopen vanuit het complex). Skibus naar ander dorp is via betaalde lijndienst!"

"My daughter and I stayed for a week. The check in staff and shuttle driver were all lovely. The restaurant/bar staff were a bit hit and miss. The room was very nice, shower amazing, good charging pod which was a bonus. There were no drawers which was difficult for a weeks stay. We ate 1 night at the hotel and it was awful. "Overall: good location, great bar, but the hotel management needs to look into upskilling hotel staff. Pros: bar and restaurant, and a bartender who knows what he’s doing. Professional, attentive, creative. Cons: major lack of services. Good luck finding anyone at breakfast if you need water. Cleaning crew is missing pieces here and there, and frankly don’t seem to care, otherwise, they would have reported shower curtain covered in mold. Sauna is overloaded with dirty towels. There are plenty of other hotels nearby, so till the basics are fixed at the place, you might want to consider skipping it. "
