I have been a satisfied customer at your hotel, but I've encountered a recurring issue that needs attention. The staff members seem to overlook verifying payments made through Expedia, leading to unnecessary inconvenience. Issue Details 1. I book and fully pay through Expedia. 2. Upon arrival, staff claims payment is pending or incorrect. 3. This has happened consistently, causing unnecessary stress. Request 1. Improve payment verification processes. 2. The Hotel Providence is very clean. The ambience is excellent. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The check-in and check-out processes went very smoothly. Our room was spacious and quiet. The room had two different types of electric sockets. It has a bath with a shower as well as a shower cubicle. The shower followed well. Vehicles that enter the hotel go through a security check. The buffer breakfast is very good. However, the range of fruits available is limited.

Awesome staff very polite and helpful. Very quiet environment and the rooms are very clean. The house keeping is awesome done in a timely manner. Food breakfast is so good wide range of verities. Most importantly staff responds super fast to your every need. Thank you Night MOD, dinner staff lady that checks the room number and the cook and waiters great job. 👍👏

My Fiancé and I throughly enjoyed our 13 night' stay here at CITI Residence. From the moment we were taken to the property - We were warmly welcomed by the Receptionist and escorted to our room. After a few nights in our first room - We ran into an unpleasant smell, upon complaining - in the middle of the night - The management quickly moved us out and into a new room which seemed nice. The property is clean with everyday housekeeping services, very well maintained and privacy is simply...

Love Rollace... geeat ambience, especially in the evening. Great staff and food.

Hotel staff were hiding the promo reduced rates for Christmas and it caused an issue before they finally accepted to show me the real promo prices! Wondering if they are keeping the extras for themselves....

This is a fresh hotel close to the airport. Positive experience. The staff were nice and friendly. Mr Seun the GM at the time worked quickly to respond to questions in a timely manner. I was treated with respect at all times. I will be coming back here on my next visit to Lagos

Great service and staff , loved my stay and the gym was really top notch

I had a wonderful and pleasant stay at Melbrooke Park Hotel, from check-in to check-out. The environment was clean and comfortable, and the staff were warm, welcoming, and professional. The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch, and the location made it easy to drive in and out, especially when visiting nearby places with friends in the evening. Overall, it was a lovely experience, and I would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Definitely worth...

It’s a beautiful hotel and was amazed with how clean and well kept it looks! It has the state of art furnishings. Nice soft beds that compares favorably with likes if Hampton and Hilton at the USA. They have central air conditioning systems and rooms and hallways are connected to the system! They also have a good selection of breakfast buffet! I definitely will be back!

It was a very beautiful experience all around. Very friendly staff, good food, excellent service and very clean environment. Best hotel in town, will recommend anytime to family and friends.
