Villa Da Vinci
This villa is inspired by the Italian Renaissance artist and inventor, Leonardo Da Vinci, and is the pinnacle of an artist's retreat. This beachside hideaway is intimate and cozy, featuring sky blue walls of Venetian plaster with a revolving art collection from local California galleries.

Panoramic ocean views of the Laguna Beach coastline are seen from the living area and private porch. The master bedroom is punctuated by a mahogany queen-sized bed with signature cotton bedding. The gourmet, eat-in kitchen is outfitted with dark wood cabinetry, state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances, and marble countertops. The living area is set with a bar-style tabletop with chairs and a leather couch, which doubles as your comfortable sleeper sofa.

This Villa requires the use of stairs to access. If you need a room or rental accessible without stairs, 14 West Hotel room 51-76 in the south building and villa Rustico and D'Stella at the Retrest have no stairs.

Pets are subject to the owners' approval, and additional fees may apply. Please provide the pet's age, weight, and breed, and we will let you know if approved and additional pet fees when applicable. If your pet is approved, it cannot be left unattended in the unit.
No Cats Allowed

Absolutely no smoking. Smoking fines start at $500. If you smoke fine is $500, if smoking bothers other guests you will be responsible for any compensation to other guests.

A $45 Parking Fee plus taxes per night/per vehicle will be collected at time of check in.

Rentspree Application required for reservations of 28 nights or more and be approved based on the report by the owner.

Additional Rules: No parties, No DJs, No guests allowed that are not on the reservation without written permission. Violators would be made to leave with no refund.

Lost & Found Return Policy:
We are happy to assist with returning items left behind. A $100 refundable deposit is required before shipment is arranged. After the item is prepared and shipped, a $35 handling fee and the actual shipping charges will be deducted from the deposit, with the remaining balance refunded to the original payment method.
