"The location and view were excellent. The room was in need of an update ( walls needed paint , stained seat on chair, very roughed up furniture) but was otherwise clean. The bed was comfy and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Some TLC should be given to the outside seating areas to clean off the furniture and sweep. The continental breakfast was great and the complimentary cookies were too!"

"Not even a minute walk from the beach, has bar and breakfast lounge in the roof with an amazing view of the ocean. Every business next to this place is very affordable and extremely tasty from the Mexican food to the coffee shop around the corner"

"Staff were great. Fairly high end furnishings and details throughout. Great location for beach access and ease of use for trolley. The walls and ceilings are a bit thin as we heard some noise from neighbors. "

"Parking: good. Crucial in this area. Additionally, there is a free shuttle around town which allowed us to keep it. Kitchen lacked teaspoons, but was otherwise adequate and also convenient. "

"There was no beach view from my room but the hotel yes. I was placed in an annex not the main hotel. The annex had a weird configuration. Only the valet/maintenance staff that I interacted were amazing. They made parking tolerable in an otherwise insane town for traffic. The room was very clean and had interesting features like a comfy robe and a diffuser. An amazing grocery store was across the street. The hotel is very well situated to downtown and the under construction promenade and the main beach."

"The hotel is outdated; room descriptions and pictures are vastly different than the actual rooms (not in a good way), hotel tries to charge you for every little thing, did not have hot water, rust everywhere, several buildings are not handicap accessible, very overpriced for what you get."
