"Very nice large room with comfortable beds and a t.v that is easy to use. Our window was facing the street but noise was minimal. We were only going to stay one night but we liked the location (steps away from Hidalgo metro) and the line 7 bus that took us to the Anthropology museum. Restaurant was good. We ate breakfast and dinner there. The staff were wonderful and helpful. I would stay here again"

"Would not recommend staying here. Does not look like the pictures, property super run down and the neighborhood is super sketchy, run down and felt unsafe. It was hard to find and not well marked. We left without even staying. "

"Access code did not work and got locked out. We finally got a key from security downstairs after nearly 2 hours. AC was broken! And they knew about it. We tried texting and calling for 3 days with no reply. Finally, a fan was provided but didn't help much. The room was nice but there was no trash can and the towels had holes on them. The place remained hot for all our stay Making it an unpleasant experience. Very frustrated considering the AC unit looked new. The security guys downstairs were...
