"Hosts are really on top of it with communication (even of you aren’t). Area is wonderful. You will see warning signs from the surrounding homeowners but they are very great people if you take a second to talk with them.Everything inside and outside the house were in great condition and as listed and the hosts were very kind."

"Room was clean but some spider webs with spiders on ceiling Staff was polite , friendly & helpful Lakeview was as described Guests upstairs were not tolerable , I could hear footsteps until 2 am and again at 6 am onwards in the morning, we could barely sleep"

"You absolutely need to book this cozy home as soon as you can. We fell in love with it the moment we arrived. The lake view is truly stunning and Marilyn was the perfect host. It was such a relief to see that the photos accurately reflected every part of the home. Everything was spotless (a rare treat!), the kitchen was fully stocked and the neighborhood was peaceful and welcoming. My husband and I loved walking the lake trail and trying the dinner spots Marilyn recommended. We did not mind cooking breakfast each morning with the stunning lake view from the kitchen. It was the perfect getaway for relaxing, unwinding and reconnecting with nature.We loved it so much that we already booked a return trip for the summer. "Cabin was very nice and clean. The host didn’t respond to my text until 23 hours later and apologized. He didn’t call me back after leaving a voice message. Our issue was we didn’t feel safe and secure in there. First, the entry door was very flimsy along with the broken knob. It had a glass window on the top part of it that was already cracked. So, literally that window can just be broken and reached in to open the padlock very easily. There was no curtain or any type of cover for that glass window on the door so no privacy during the night. The door always kept getting jammed from the inside to open the door. The same for the window by kitchen sink no cover or curtain. You can’t walk into the kitchen at night because any peeping Tom can look inside. The screen door didn’t even lock from the inside. So, we left after one night even though we paid for a 2 night stay."

"The room was nice, but trash all over the property. Trash spilling out of dumpster next to my cabin. The pool was swamp green I actually ended up leaving and not staying the night"

"Wha an amazing cabin in the woods. My wife and I really enjoyed this space. The bed and living areas were super comfortable, and the hot tub was perfect for us. Very convenient to all the towns as well."

"We had a fabulous stay at the Tree House! During our three-night stay, we had a full day of rain and cold and didn't mind a bit, hanging in the comfortable living room with the fireplace on, watching the giant trees right out the patio door swaying. The trees here make you feel enveloped in the forest, yet it is 4 minutes to town for restaurants and shopping. We had everything we needed, including comfy beds. Our favorite restaurants were Spade and Spatula for outstanding burgers and LouEddie's for great pizza in a super cute atmosphere. If we came back to Lake Arrowhead we would definitely want to stay here again!"
