"The hotel exceeded my expectations! I was worried about staying off Disney properties as the only other time I did I regretted it. But this time was so smooth and the hotel was amazing! Transportation to the parks was actually easier than at Disney resorts because you knew exactly what time the shuttle would arrive and it was on the dot every time. We could fully plan the day out without including waiting time for a bus. Staff was fantastic! Food options for breakfast and evening snack were great (and it’s enough food for a meal), and what hotel gives you free drinks (3/person/day)?! Everything was clean, everyone was cheerful, and the live music nightly outside was perfection. Foi Meleah was amazing! Thank you for a great experience. "

"Great location easy walk to Disney springs. Free shuttle to all Disney parks. Great pool and lazy river. good service at pool bar, restaurant and citrus Starbucks cafe. Room servicing poor. We opted for every other day and still they missed a day. We ran out of body wash, toilet paper and towels. All said we had a great time and would definitely return. "

"PROS: All I can say is WOW, what a beautiful resort. Adult pool is just what we needed, so quiet so peaceful , just lovely surroundings. We also enjoyed the lazy river. Room was beautiful with a huge shower and BATHTUB just made for two and a huge balcony well furnished with a view of the fireworks from Epcot every night. Dine-in room service was so well done with warming trays to keep food piping hot and all the selections were delicious. Elegant dining right in your room. If you like cesar salads they had the best shrimp caesar salad I ever had (the dressing was to die for). We ordered Coffee every morning with croissants that melt in your mouth. Just be prepared to spend at least $100 every morning (a free coffee station is supplied in front of Ravello restaurant) for coffee and croissants and little less than $200 for a dine-in dinner room. The restaurants were also amazing and pricey. We ate at the Lobby Bar, Ravello and PB&G. We did not make it to CAPA however we heard that will really put a dent in your pocket book. CONS: Our second day we went to the pool and came back and room service did not come even though they supply a green light you push to alert them to clean your room. We called them, they came and we had to stay out of the room for at least an hour. I could not go back to the pool due to too much sun so we just had to waste time in the Lobby. Shopping in the two stores was not in my price range. A small dress for my granddaughter cost $260. I also spent $"
