"The hotel exceeded my expectations! I was worried about staying off Disney properties as the only other time I did I regretted it. But this time was so smooth and the hotel was amazing! Transportation to the parks was actually easier than at Disney resorts because you knew exactly what time the shuttle would arrive and it was on the dot every time. We could fully plan the day out without including waiting time for a bus. Staff was fantastic! Food options for breakfast and evening snack were great (and it’s enough food for a meal), and what hotel gives you free drinks (3/person/day)?! Everything was clean, everyone was cheerful, and the live music nightly outside was perfection. Foi Meleah was amazing! Thank you for a great experience. "

"Great location easy walk to Disney springs. Free shuttle to all Disney parks. Great pool and lazy river. good service at pool bar, restaurant and citrus Starbucks cafe. Room servicing poor. We opted for every other day and still they missed a day. We ran out of body wash, toilet paper and towels. All said we had a great time and would definitely return. "
