The room and staff were great and exceeded our expectations. My wife and I had a great experience.

Everything was amazing. Room was clean, service was superb, food was delicious. Only thing I'm sure everyone is complaining about and I think management should look at is the the pool.. too cold for comfort. other than that the place is spot on.

Perfect location. Great amenities and activities. Pools were outstanding. It was great to have a kitchen AND a washer and dryer.

Great place. Home away from home. Fully equiped kitchen. Villa spacious. Shuttle to marriott world center where you can have multiple dinning options. Close to parks. Nice and quiet after a busy day come to a relaxing place. No resort and parking fees is a plus. Staff very nice. You have access to activities and pool at Marriot Wotld center.

We just returned from 7 days at Cypress Harbour. From McKenzie checking us in to Joe (and the team) with entertainment by the pool to daily activities (ice cream social, wine tasting, bath bomb making) to Esmeralda our house keeper to 2 (there's actually 3 but we never went to the 3rd one) great pools... everyone was friendly and attentive. I checked in at 2am in the morning and had to leave again four hours later for an event. The man who checked me into the hotel was Tony, and when I left later that morning he remembered and greeted me by name. I was very impressed.

Absolutely would recommend staying here & wonderful place for kids too with lots of activities.

I stayed here because my conference was being held at the Orlando World Marriott, the largest Marriott. I did not want to pay for daily parking at that big Marriott, so I was able to stay at the lovely Royal Palms, which just a 10 minute walk and still on the grounds of the Marriott and its golf course. We were extremely pleased with the whole apartment and complex. Having 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in one unit for family of 4 with the grandparents also along, was very handy. Other pluses: full kitchen with dinner ware , silverware, pots/pans, plates, bowls, and coffee cups; new appliances: full fridge, full washer & dryer, screened in patio area, golf course view (and the kids liked that there was a TV in all the bedrooms and living room)! I would definitely recommend. Stayed 3 nights with my daughter and 4 year old granddaughter. Very clean, used the kitchen and washer dryer. Took a night swim, the pools are open until 11. The internal shuttles are Excellent. Prompt, friendly and extremely helpful, all our drivers were outstanding. Quick Uber to the Magic Kingdom and Disney Springs. This Marriott property was great, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was also very convenient to all shopping and dining, and close to other attractions and popular restaurants.

Friendly, fast check in. Super clean and comfortable room with top quality linens and superb blackout curtains!!

This was by far one of the best 4.5 star hotels I've ever stayed at. It reminded me of an apartment in New York or Chicago. Our suite overlooked downtown Orlando. The bed was comfortable, but the jetted tub was out of this world. Food and drinks were a bit pricey but expected.
