Staff was incredible and very friendly providing answers to all our questions and request . Hotel offers a very convenient free courtesy shuttle service to the bellagio town center . "We rented a Hotel but when we were checking in receptionist told us it’s a Motel. Horrible dirty worn out rooms. Pictures did not show this type of a room and no mention of a motel. Upon complain the receptionist showed me another available room which look just as horrible. So either all rooms are totally worn out and they gave us last rooms thy had or they just gave us bad rooms. We paid $290 per night. To make things worse second day there there was no hot water at all. "
